Patient Reviews

I think he’s an amazing doctor. Kind, considerate, as well as knowledgeable. I also like the fact that he follows up. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pozina provides excellent, compassionate, and professional care, which I truly appreciate. I have also seen Dr. Edgar twice and found her pleasant. However, the office can be disorganized with scheduling, and my current prior authorization has been pending for over eight weeks with repeated delays. While I value the medical staff’s care, improved communication and efficiency would greatly enhance the patient experience.

This doctor is stealing from her home and she's taking cash money and not giving receipts and she is illegally working and asking me to send her more people when she doesn't want to take care of me it took $700 from me and she then blocked me when I told her that it wasn't working I'm really upset because I gave her all I had and I really trusted in her and nothing but she did help me I've done Botox in the past where I couldn't move my face this time I didn't feel it like that her Botox that she did did not enter correctly or she did not put it in the correct areas. She did it from her house and she took cash from me and she blocked me and she doesn't want to deal with me at all next time I'm going to call the state and complain about her license and what she's doing if she doesn't do the right thing

They are very difficult to reach by phone, ok if you like recorded messages, music, being put on hold before you have a chance to say a word and voicemail asking you to leave a message. If lucky you will get a callback at the end of the day The doctor I had appointment with was not there but I was never told until I got called, paid and was in the room before I realized that I was only going to see a PA. Sorry, a PA is not a doctor and he had me do tests and assessed me without the input of a doctor to my knowledge. So don't expect to see a doctor if you go. I wanted one test (done internally) sent to my cardiologist in 7 days but I might have been asking too much as the untrained girls behind the front desk got all in a tizzy. After pushing several times for a way and after they had a huddle, I had to get another appointment -- a telehealth in 5 days and pay in order to get the result to send to the cardiologist. Also, almost 3 weeks after I noticed a Quest test result I don't remember taking with them but they ordered it (my bad maybe I don't remember, but their name is on it). If I hadn't stumbled on it on the portal which I refer to sometimes I would still not know about many red marks and worsening conditions. I called to complain vociferously, and guess what -- I got a call from the PA!! Not a doctor, a call which I missed but heard the voicemail saying call back. Call back -- right! to the phone system run by music, recordings, voicemail and long waits. Right.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office for a few reasons, but the front desk workers are the worst part of the organization. They will give you a stank face, get the appointment time wrong over and over again, won't pick up the phone or return calls for a week despite how many voicemails you leave, and they have the worst attitude I've ever seen. It took 30 minutes past my intake appointment time to get back to a room for a dry 5-minute talk with the doctor, whose bedside manner is lacking. Then, I had to come back and pay again for three tests, none of which I was warned about (tell people that you're going to put lube in their hair BEFORE they come to the appointment). Neither the doctor nor the front desk told me I had to schedule the MRI myself; they acted like it was during the three tests, which extended my awful time working with them. Then, when I finally got my MRI done and scheduled the appointment for results, the doctor no-showed and the front desk women tried to say I had the wrong time. When I rescheduled the appointment for 3 pm on a Monday, they sent a 2:30 pm confirmation and the doctor never joined the telehealth meeting despite my waiting for 40 minutes. Then, when I finally got a hold of someone to reschedule today, the doctor charged me another $60 for a 3-minute (literally) conversation that gave me zero answers. She didn't even talk about the one abnormal thing in my report until I asked, leaving me to believe she had never actually reviewed the results. Don't waste your time or money with Complete Neurological Care. It was the worst experience of my life, and I will be taking my MRI results to a different neurologist with better qualifications.
